For starters, I missed the minimum calorie requirement for one week by over two-hundred and fifty calories. This is a major aspect of my diet that I want to change, because if I don’t feed my body with calories, vitamins, and minerals, I will not be able to increase my performance on the football field by any significant amount. If I want to increase my performance on the field, I need to include a wider variety of foods within my diet.
