Your post on this week’s discussion was interesting, how USPS fails to effectively communicate amongst certain parties thereby creating unrealistic financial and service budgets. The lack of communicating the budgeting process amongst two entities could be relevant to an earlier discussion I recall in a prior class we had together. If I remember correctly, you mentioned that the USPS has created “Superstations” where various zip codes are combined into one central station which has impacted the organization’s creating several constraints within the organization.
