Company Overview

The company is called Supermarko a local name used in Egypt referring to a supermarket where people go and buy their grocery. The company’s mission is to “provide high quality service for grocery delivery, to save people’s time” “daa 5aleeh slogan saving people’s time so they can enjoy their life”, and for the vision it is “Making supermarko the best Grocery Experience in the hearts and minds of the users to make them feeling comfort and having fun” ”one of the best grocery delivery in Egypt”. Supermarko as a company have like any other business goals and objectives. On the other hand the company objective at this moment is having the ultimate energy to have an epic and successful launch. This business idea is generated, worked on and owned by three partners: the first is Omar Abdel Aziz a computer science graduate who took his business skills further with having an MBA Degree and took several courses for finance and accounting. The second is Ahmed Nagy who is a computer science graduate, who took courses in business field and specifically economy and communications. The third partner is Mostafa Mahmoud El Refaii a computer science graduate who worked on his business skills by taking courses in advertising, marketing and project management. Supermarko is a limited partnership company, the reason it is a Limited partnership is first in a limited partnership (LP), at least one partner has unlimited liability or the general partners. The other partners (limited partners) have limited liability, meaning their personal assets typically cannot be used to satisfy business debts and liabilities. The amount of their liability is limited to their investment in the LP. Second thing is that: The general partners oversee the day to day operations of the LP.
