Man of Truth and Justice. Who is a superhero? A superhero is a heroic character that has extraordinary abilities, mental or mystical skills, and makes selfless sacrifice and has a pro-social mission. A superhero’s identity is embodied in a codename and iconic costume, which typically express his/her character, powers, or origin. Superman is an example of a superhero that has changed with time like his costume, morals and mission. As mythology of Superman got a lighter take in 1990’s, Mark Waid and Alex Ross took him to a much darker place in Kingdom Come as Bruce comments; “Black is a new look for you” (Waid and Ross 72). “Here are two words. See if they sound familiar. Truth and Justice…” Wonder Women to Superman (Waid and Ross). He tries to be an inspiration for other metahumans to do greater good rather than compelling them by force, as Superman’s personality and his ethics don’t allow him to kill. According to him the Justice League shouldn’t fight so hard that many are killed as other metahumans are trying to stop them from destroying and killing people of earth. Superman thinks of killing in Kingdom Come, when a nu clear explosion kills his friends. But it is clear that Superman does not want to kill in Kingdom Come when he Superman tells Wonder Woman in fourth panel of page 90 that, “We shouldn’t have to fight this hard.” Similarly in Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel, Superman did not want to kill anyone throughout the movie, when he tries to tell the man in bar to behave with the waitress, that man did everything to humiliate Clark, yet Clark stood there and did not touch him. But at the end during the final face-off between Superman and Zod, he kills Zod, as he did not have any other choice as Zod was trying to kill a family by shooting laser at them. So, as a conclusion Superman will kill if that was the only choice he has to save the people of Earth. Also, in Man of Steel Superman is more Americanized as we can see when he says, "I grew up in Kansas . . . I'm about as American as it gets" (Snyder, MOS). Now, Natsu is carefree and reckless in nature, and, despite his consistent brawls with the other members of Fairy Tail, he is a fiercely loyal and protective friend. He is willing to go down fighting for his friends, regardless of how futile it might seem. Natsu has a straightforward mind, and often tackles issues with a "hands on" approach. His
