Superior Health has discussed and implemented many things this past year and they include: marketing, disaster planning, budgeting, benchmarking, and facility design. All 5 of these areas had their own challenges. However, the most challenging of these 5 areas was disaster planning. On the opposite side of that, the most beneficial area that Superior Health implemented was the facility design.
