Super Shiny US Inc. Laundromat

The scene that I decided to write about took place Super Shiny USA Inc. Laundromat & Dry Cleaners. This is the place I usually do my guinea pig’s laundry. However, the time that I do my laundry the place is empty and I don’t pay attention to my surroundings at all. This time I decided to go on a Friday afternoon where it was extremely crowded and everyone had their own things to do. I simply walked into the laundromat, put my clothes to wash, stood next to the machine that had my stuff and started taking notes on my agenda book. Starting off, there were five rows of washing machines as soon as you enter the building. Furthermore on the back, there was a row full of drying machines as well as on the wall to the right. During this scene, I chose to write about three things. Firstly, when you walk in you can see an elderly woman and man who are sitting in front of the small television that is playing some older crime shows. The woman that is seated appears to be sleeping while waiting for her items to finish drying. To the left of her, there was a leather bag as well as a plastic bag that had blue lines and has “Mount Sinai patient property” written on it.

He seemed to be around his early 30s. During this observation, I assume that he is attending a customer because he’s inputting information in the computer while talking to the man. The customer seemed like a much older man. I’d guess that he's around his 50s. I can consider that possibly the bag that a worker is handling belongs to him. While that is occurring, to the left side there is a younger woman who is answering phone calls and writing things down in her note pad. My conclusion on these scenes that I observed is that the people are all doing their own thing. By that I mean, people there don’t care what others around them are doing.
