Building a satisfying in every way website for customers can be tricky especially when it is accessed all over the world. Coventry University is known for accepting international students. The university website is where you hope to find all information concerning to it the first time you access it. The first step choosing a university will be based on the information provided on the website. That information has to be straightforward to navigate through and simple to understand for those who are abroad. Website contexts are different from one country to another. 1.4 Client, Audience and Motivation:
The university website audiences are new students (both home and international students), alumni, parents and teachers. From the time when the internet introduced to the world this generation students grew up with technology. Navigating through the website for home students it might be very trouble-free to use and understand it. However, when it comes to international students it depends on websites they use in their country and on their language barrier. Navigating through the website has to be very easy and understandable and following the links provided has to be satisfying.
The research will focus on international students section of the website. Since the website is intended for a student who wants to enroll at Coventry University. The student can be home student or international student.
Motivation for this research is because I myself international student found the Coventry university website difficult to access and all the information I wanted was not

Furthermore, it will examine missing information that is significant for students.
Purpose
To find missing information and to reduce the difficulties of how to use it. Observe their satisfaction.
Schedule and location
Coventry University is full of international students for this reason the survey will conduct in the campus and interviews the students that are form different countries.
Session
The length of the session depends on the level of difficulty the student encounter accessing the website.
Participant
As stated earlier the participants will be international students at the university.
