While car buffs may be able to identify this sleek piece of metal as a custom yellow Lamborghini Countach LP500S, it is actually even more than that. This toy is a Transformer, meaning that with a few simple steps it can be transformed from a vehicle to a battle-ready robot. This particular transformer is named Sunstreaker. He was built in 1984, when the Transformers first hit the screen. He was part of the original Transformers cartoon series, along with his twin brother, Sideswipe. They became part of the Autobot army when they crash-landed on Earth. Sunstreaker knows to the core of his spark that he is better than any other Autobot, and he makes sure everyone else knows it, too. His sociopathic tendencies, combined with his incredible vanity and arrogance, usually result in tension between himself …show more content…
There is a black flap on this portion of the Sunstreaker model. Allow it to hang down towards his lower body for now. This will allow access to the arms that are folded up and tucked into the bottom of the car. Begin by taking the arm that is on the right and is folded in the upper portion. Swing it out towards you, very much like you would swing a door on its hinges. The black portion of the arm should now be pointing out towards you. Take it and turn it clockwise so that it is still pointing towards you, but now it is closer to Sunstreaker’s waist. Grip the same portion of the arm and turn it downwards until it is facing the opposite direction. This will form Sunstreaker’s left arm. To form the right arm, repeat the process with the arm folded into the lower portion of the under carriage. This one is a little trickier. You may need to turn it upwards before turning it outwards. It can sometimes get stuck, so don’t be afraid to force it up and out. Once you’ve completed that step, you can turn the arm forward using steps similar to the left arm. Now that the arms are formed, there is only one step remaining. You must now form the

The work of art I have chosen for this week’s discussion is Sun Mad by Ester Hernandez. When reviewing the work of art I start with the actual picture of the women in the bonnet and looking at the symbolism behind her body. The motif that I see running through the picture is that of frustration with the words “mad, unnaturally, insecticides, miticides, herbicides, and fungicides”.…

Temple of Hatshepsut The Temple of Hatshepsut is made of limestone which positively affects this piece because most funerary temples were made of sandstone making it stand out. One of the great things about limestone is that it is a softer material making it easier to use and creates a natural color which fits right into the theme of Hatshepsut’s temple. As easy and cheap it was to use limestone, it is not stable enough to preserve its shape and color as long as other materials.…

Tyndale's ultimate fate was to be betrayed and burned at the stake. While he lost his life, his work would be rescued in the wake of dramatic events in England involving the monarchy. The beginning of the Reformation in England set the stage for what is now known as the King James Versions, a translation that still holds a lot of sway, even in present times. The opening paragraphs from the epic poem, Sundiata, are supposed to be read and taken very seriously as this gives the speaker authority. Throughout Sundiata the griot’s purpose is how important history is and why we should always value it. One of the lines that showed this principle was, “I teach kings the history of their ancestors so that the lives of the ancients might serve them as an example, for the world is old, but the future springs from the past” (page 1). This line demonstrates that the griot teaches about the past to honor ancestry, but to also help model how the future should develop. This line also brings importance to the epic by showing how Sundiata and his heroism brought unity, in hope that future royals will learn from him.…

Not only has the company been losing revenue and is its CEO retiring but the stock has underperformed the S&P TSX by 67.34%. The downfall of Torstar is mainly caused by brand perception, specifically the way customers view the company still as an old fashioned media print company and not a digital media company. You have asked me for recommendations on how to re-invent the brand of Torstar and I have come up with three concepts for doing so. First, you must seek out brand inspiration from successful companies who have effectively re-invented their brand.…
