Sunset Heights: A Case Study

Talked with Albert yesterday in regards to the issues they are having with Sunset Heights, he will be speaking with the driver and crew chief in regards to these issues. We both agreed that he need to write a formal procedures in regards to the cards, so there will be no misunderstanding anymore. Going forward, until the procedures are submitted the guard will only scan the location cards if there is no deposit to be made. If the drivers have an issued in regards to this, please refer them to Albert Sandoval.
