Legitimate Power- Queen Elizabeth of England has legitimate power. She has the obligation of accepting the cultural values; accept the social structure and its designation. She has subordinates who acknowledge the position she holds and the power that comes from it. The servants in her palace believe that she has the authority to direct their actions and they willingly comply with those requests. She has the power to approve and deny requests made by her servants.
Reward power- Google CEO Sundar Pichai is accorded with reward power. He has the power to reward a manager responsible for development of a new prototype that promotes Google on the global front. He is responsible for administering performance reviews of the specific manager
