I expect all the staff members of Suncor Energy are enjoying every moment of their respective duties. After examining, the business letters which are written by all the staff members of our company. The Director of this company found that there is less proficiency in business letters. While providing an excellent professionalism to clients, we have been able to make more clients. Therefore I need attention to business letters.

As a supervisor of this company, I also found that the proficiency in business letters is missing. All staff members do not practice professionalism in letters which is not good for the reputation of our company. Maintaining the professionalism in business writing is one of foremost task to-do task. Except the professionalism,
