Working as a part of Best Buy sales team is a good experience. Arise five full time summer work vacancies in the store is a good opportunity for the existing part time employees to apply within. Due to the fact my summer break starts from next week I need to work full time during my break to cover my next semester tuition expense. By retaining existing part time employee as full time employee having good knowledge and skills of sales will benefit best buy in attaining their daily sales target.
Hiring existing staff will save your money and time rather than to train new employees and make them learn best buy work environment, procedure to contact with the customers and convince them in a manner that they feel like offered feature or product
