As per our conversation, the Move Worker process has a future effective date of 02/15/2017, therefore not allowing the hire effective 02/13/2017.

The Move Worker a mass change, therefore rescinding the process would include rescinding worker that has completed job changes.

As discussed you have already created new requisitions and will use for the two current hires.
