PER REPORTER: The mother and Phillip are on crystal meth. Phillip is a registered sex offender. He is shooting up. The mother has a lot of bruises on her. She has lost about 75 pounds very quickly. The reporter and mother are still married. The father hasn't lived in the home in about a month and a half. The father works out of town during the week. He said he asked Eddie about giving him money to help out with things at the home but Eddie said he didn't have to. Reporter stated he is not allowed at the home because Phillip is staying there. Phillip and the mother are having an affair. Reporter was told by Jennifer that Phillip is a big drug head. Reporter believes drugs are being used around the children. Mom told dad that Phillip is on insulin for diabetes. The reporter stated something else is going on because you can't lose that kind of weight on a diet. The mother has a history of using pain pills and meth. It is unknown if drugs are being sold or manufactured out of the home. It is unknown if drugs are accessible to the children. The children have not been harmed or hurt due to the mother or Phillip being under the influence of drugs reporter is aware of. The father hasn't seen the children in two weeks. It is unknown if the children need immediate medical attention. Reporter spoke with the mother about the affair but not about the drugs. Reporter stated mom text him at 5:48 this morning and said what are you doing. Reporter said he replied and said what was going on and mom didn't reply. The father tried to call the mother 6-8 times and sent numerous text messages. Mom texted back at 8:42 this morning and said what are you talking about. There were concerns that mom was not able to be reached after she started the conversation. There are concerns if they are on drugs and passed out around the children.
