Summary: The Importance Of Having An Emergency Fund

Jennifer, I can see the importance of having an “emergency fund” set aside. I went through a life changing crisis eleven years ago when my husband passed away. Unfortunately, the only safety net I had was that the bills were already paid for that month. I had to react fast to make sure that I could maintain the finances so that I did not ruin my credit.
