Ted Nugent once said “If you want to save a species simply decide to eat it, then it will be managed, like chickens, turkeys, deer, and Canadian geese(katie123).” What is more painful, a deer getting harvested by a well educated hunter, or being hit by a car and having to live with a broken leg? Hunting is good because it helps maintain the environment, it is healthy meat, and without it, there would be a negative impact. Over the course of one year in the U.S there were 1 million car accidents involving wildlife two hundred of them caused human death and caused $1.6 million in damages. Think about how it would be if hunting was gone for good, the wildlife would get so overpopulated, there would be hundreds everyday which would cost more …show more content…
you can't hunt by yourself until you take the class. The certification helps you learn some of the rules. It teaches how to keep yourself safe and others. Completing this course helps people become an educated and safe hunter. Different states have different requirements for a hunter safety certification. People can even take it online if they do not have time during the day. Hunters these days grow food plots and all the food that hunters feed the wildlife help be more healthy. For the wildlife back a long time ago it was hard for animals to be healthy and that's why there wasn't as many as there is today. With all the nutrients and minerals that the deer eat today it helping them grow bigger and healthy and strong to fight off diseases which helps them stay alive a whole lot longer. All that hunters do impact the wildlife and the environment in a fantastic way the wildlife have never been so fulfilled before. Hunting has been a tradition for families all along the world, it also has brought families together because it's something each and every family member can do together as a whole. Hunters respect the world and the wildlife that live on it. Hunting is not easy, it is very time consuming and many people can not do it because of how difficult it is to do.
