Summary: The Guilty Of Justine Moritz

Improved Essays
One may say my client, Justine Moritz, is undoubtedly guilty for the unlawful act og murdering young William Frankenstein. But if you take a closer look and examine all pieces of evidence then the truth is clear. Justine is not guilty for the senseless murder of William. Her life should not end because of a loose guess based upon the situation and situation alone.
Justine had always been close with the Frankenstein’s for the majority of her life so it would be easy for one to suspect her right at the start. As soon as william had gone missing Justine took the time to go out and look for him all throughout the town. If she had indeed murdered him then why would she take the time to attract attention to the subject at hand? The only indicator that would have justified the jump to conclusions was the item that had been found on her. But you still have to remind yourself that if she did carry out this ungodly act then she would do her best to cover it up rather than to benefit the

The locket that had been in Justine’s possession after William’s death unbeknownst to Justine herself. We are all aware that the locket was significant to Willam so it was easy to put two and two together right from the start. How could have Justine forgotten to hide the locket? Or maybe she was unaware, maybe even set up? We all know that freak of a creation is still running around these areas. Maybe that monster had some tricks hidden up his sleeve.
So, it is now for the jury to decide on whether to spare and save an innocent life or to take one away, just like William’s. I have done my part and presented all the crucial evidence in favor to Miss Moritz’s innocence and I can only hope you will be wise. I will state this one last time, Justine Moritz is not guilty for the murder of William Frankenstein. We have lost too many innocent lives, let us not add to it

And I agree. In my view, the monster shouldn’t be criticized because all accountability of the tragic events lye with Victor, for his inattention to his creation was the cause of the monstrosity that followed. I support the writer’s perspective on responsibility and neglect. 'Frankenstein as a Child Abuser ' reinforces my hypotheses in every…

Judicial murder made by inequity legal system In the month after “Making a Murderer” premiered on Netflix, more than 129,000 Americans signed a petition to pardon Avery and Dassey for their convictions to the murder of Halbach and in the book ‘in cold blood’ written by Truman Capote, the two murderers were treated by ignoring the mental problem influence of theirs, they stayed in prison for five years and were finally performed death penalty. After reading the book and watching the TV show, I think these crimes sufficiently prove that there is a fundamental inequity at work in countless branches of legal system. Making a Murderer tells a story about the life of Steven Avery, who was convicted of rape in 1985 and imprisoned for 18 years, despite…

Often times, they try to de-code the true meaning of novels and figure out why one would write of certain topics. From the beginning of the novel to the end, there are many incidents in which the monster demonstrates the power to think, understand and justify his actions which creates reason. After the monster had killed William and took off the portrait of his mother, he “placed the portrait securely in one of the folds of [Justine’s] dress” (Shelley 101). The monster knows that killing William was wrong and that he is completely responsible so he had to cover up the action in order to save himself. The monster has the power to think of framing Justine and also understands he has to do it in order to protect himself. This is just one of the ways that the monster is able to display reason in order to run away from his responsibilities.…

Dr. Moreau shows no remorse for his role in causing pain and suffering of the animals and putting other humans in harm’s way. In contrast, Mary Shelley decided to characterize Dr. Frankenstein; with a small bit of humanity. Frankenstein feels a significant amount of remorse after the monster murders his brother, William Frankenstein. The contrasting levels of humanity is evident in the quotes “To this day I [Dr. Moreau] have never troubled about the ethics of the matter. The study of Nature makes a man at last remorseless as Nature”…

THE CASE AGAINST RALPH ARMSTRONG In late 2015, Wisconsin’s criminal justice came to the fore of the nation’s public consciousness with the Making a Murderer documentary series. The series detailed the handling of Steven Avery’s murder case in 2007 and how it related to his exoneration in an earlier wrongly convicted rape case in 1985. Both of his cases fell under a heavy cloud of doubt in the veracity of the investigation, the validity of the charges against him and the trial that imprisoned him.…
