After analyzing the information from the benchmark location of The Boiling Crab, I choose Duarte (91010) to be the second new market. Referring to Table 2, I select three locations from the website of loopnet for only leasing type to compare for the most suitable location for The Boiling Crab. Therefore, I choose the location 2 for one distinct reason. The monthly renting is the lowest comparing with the location 1 and 3 because these three locations are quite similar in other factors. Moreover, the size of space is the most suitable for The Boiling Crab because we plan to use the area around 3,500-5000 square feet (SF), and the location 2 is available for 3,600 SF. The location 1 has the size within this range as well, but the price of location
