According to the TWEAK assessment the patient is an at- risk drug user. She received two points for the tolerance question as she indicated smoking marijuana every day and using cocaine on the weekends in which in the last 12 months she has increased her cocaine consumption. She went from snorting one line to five to ten lines in order to achieve the same effect. Also, she stated she smokes a couple of rocks of crack ever pay period. She received two points for the worried question as she reported that her grandmother kept her from using as much before she passed away last year. She stated “things” have exasperated since her death. When I asked her the eyeopener question she denied needing pot or cocaine to function, however she smokes marijuana
