Summary: Stage III Team

Decent Essays
This team is currently a Stage III group. Being diagnosed as Stage III might be different than what this team has hoped for. One year back, this team has been measured being a Stage IV team. They have been working as a real high-performance team. Last few months some old team members left the team and some new ones were welcomed. Although there is a real desire to remain a high-performance team and be successful from collaborative work, team members perceived a regression in the way they could and would like to cooperate. Because members want to move forward, the team decided to contact a team coach and did a GDQ assessment.

During my first deployment to Afghanistan, I took the opportunity to observe the ER team at the role 3 hospital in Bagram Air Force Base. As the largest military installation, and site of the most advance hospital in Afghanistan, Bagram has become a major hub for medical care in Afghanistan. LS Team, On Monday, February 1st, Old Dominion will implement their annual LTL increase. Initially this carrier was asking for as much as 25% in some lanes in order to target light density freight and the overall impact would have been around 8.5% . Nevertheless, this was not acceptable as most of our WHSE clients with light freight profile couldn’t take that type of increase and its believed that these types of clients would simply move their product out of the WHSE as a solution against this types of pricing changes. After a successful trip to the ODFL Corporate Office in North Carolina, we were able to negotiate this increase to a more balanced impact to all our customers from all WHSE’s across all our lanes from this 8.5% to 3.5%…

An important part to remember is to check to see if the student understands what you are saying. This can be done by asking the student questions and getting them to answer them.…
