This year a lot of individuals are becoming more healthy but find it hard to workout because they do not have a gym close to them. I believe that your pricing is comparable; however, with the amenities and other benefits gained from having a membership at "Hardwork & Gains", I feel the price may be to low to turn a good profit. Another benefit you can think of adding would be personal training or group classes. Individuals feel more motivated when they are in classes or have someone their that understands fitness and can help them reach their goals. A gym would be awesome in the town of St. Pauls because it will be another alternative to keep

Over the years growing up I have been able to meet many people from the gym that I would have never met otherwise. Through the years there have been quite a few people that have come and gone through the gym. Some did not know what to expect and did not like it or people who just didn't like putting in the time to really learn anything and improve. I have also had the opportunity to meet many different people from around the country and even the world from going to different seminars and training camps, none of which I would have been at unless I was involved at the gym.…
