The reporting party (RP) reported speaking with foster child Abril Gonzalez regarding concerns she had with her current placement with her foster mother Ana Hernandez. According to Abril the foster mother hits foster child Alejandro on his butt, forehead, and the back of his head. Abril demonstrated how the foster mother used an open hand to back and a hard slap motion. Due to her brother's age, Abril is worried he is unable to defend or protect himself. Abril reported Alejandro usually has red marks on his skin after being hit and cries while being hit. Consequently Abril was unable to determine how often the incident occur as she witnesses the incidents at random, however another unrelated foster child named Linda has informed Abril that
