Our three major points were that our product is cost effective, customizable, and have a sizzling environment. Cost effective, when we say it’s cost effective we mean that our product is something that will give you more than what you paid for. Customizable, there are many combinations that can be made with the food that the restaurant provides which many people really like. Sizzling, Genghis Grill provides a great environment to eat the sizzling meals. We are going to apply this information we have learn in the future business interactions. The purpose of this study is to improve customer satisfaction of this restaurant by reducing the waiting time of the queue while keeping the operational cost at a minimum.
