The debate over athletes using performance enhancing drugs is getting more complicated as time moves forward. Athletes have been using performance enhancing drugs for centuries. Back in the day, East Germany and the Soviet Union were known to be involved in drug experimentations. Even in the United States, steroids and stimulants became very popular. The availability of these steroids and stimulants will force us to decide the values of sports—winning at all costs or displaying an incredible performance through hard work.
