Summary: Seven Habits Profile

Based on my “Seven Habits Profile” results, I would like to discuss how three strengths will help me succeed as servant leader.
1. The first strength I observed on my “Seven Habits Profile” is being proactive. This is the habit of taking responsibility for your life, not blaming others for your current situation, and controlling things you can control in your life. Being proactive means watching what my colleagues are doing and trying to stay one step ahead of them. This allows me to provide support quicker when they come to me seeking help since I have already anticipated their need and started researching a solution.
