Just as Christ talked about laying the foundation in his word, individuals should be able to do the same in their everyday life. It is important for businesses/ organization to set a mission statement so that they may abide by it and also it can be a constant reminder of where they have been and where they are trying to go. The Grand Canyon University’s college of business is of no exception. The college of business is built on three pillars, these include servant leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and innovation (Barrett, 2011).
