The purpose of this narrative establishes professional rules of engagement for group dynamics. Individuals forming group dynamic are products of diverse backgrounds, therefore, be mindful when establishing these professional rules, however, common rules of engagement are adopted creating group dynamic. First, class will start at 5:45, there will be no cell phone in the classroom, come to class prepared, bring resources, group members introduce themselves and inform the group how they would like to be addressed. Secondly, the presenter serves as the discussion leader, time keeper while creating an inclusive atmosphere during the discussion period, however, there will be no side bar conversations therefore, no one or two people monopolize
