In the year 2222, the human race has began to dwindle, verging on the brink of extinction, the infected have started their world domination. In an effort to survive and reconstruct a world that is safe, my partner (Megan) and I have established a safe haven society as a final effort to save the human race. We have built a community with five walls encircling the city. The outermost wall is the barrier that separates us from them. Outside our community is a savage and cruel world where the infected rule over the barren land. In between the outermost wall and the outer wall is where we keep the infected that we have recently cured. With our power, we created an Oligarchy Totalitarian Dictatorship in order to ensure a controlled and successful society. We used Divine Right Theory in which the right to rule comes directly from a God and not from the consent of the people. Through the consent of the Dragon God, we gained power and started a small community called Dragon City. The dual leadership of Dragon City makes it an Oligarchy because a small group of people hold power. We are also totalitarian dictators because we exercises complete power over nearly every aspect of human affairs. We especially control the resource food because this is the most important resource we have. Although we are a dictatorship and cannot be held responsible to the will of the people we care about them. We provide everything that our citizens need and control all maneuvers in order to cure the infected. Using the Dragon God, we were able to build the protected city and find the remaining the survivors. In our command economy, we determine what and how much is produced. We manage all business and distributions of products. We also determine who gets what and how much they receive. Our command economy allows us to properly ration resources and accommodate for all our citizens. The people are provided for and will always have an adequate amount of what they need, insuring they will not revolt. The citizens rations are proportioned based upon family size and special needs. In our command economy everyone gets the same supplies from the same place. There is only one type of everything but of course we do not discriminate and can provide supplies like wheelchairs and accommodate for allergies. As a result of the infected setting fires to the major cities and trashing most of the world, we are making due with what we have. We have managed to scavenge a few things here and there but because of the scarcity, we defaulted to a mostly vegan society. As Dictators, we make sure personally that our citizens are provided for and that is why we have a command
