The book “Wonder” by R. J. Palacio tells a story about a ten-year old boy named August Pullman (Auggie) that gets home schooled because of his health problems. He has an attentive surgery schedule. Auggie has health issues related to a dramatic conio-facial flaw. August’s parents think of the future and how his mom doesn’t have the ability to teach him everything August needs to know. He enters fifth grade, which is the first year of middle school. August’s first day of middle school was alright, but many people seemed scared to go near him or touch him. He made new friends named Jack and a girl named Summer who stayed right by his side. Meanwhile, his sister Olivia “Via” tries to figure out where she belongs in high school. She has no friends,
