Summary Of Weekago Braxten's Abuse

EREPORT # 19133 stated the following: About a weekago Braxten stated he locked the door to keep his uncle from coming into the house. Braxten stated that once they let him in the house. His uncle came in his sister sroom and slapped him across the face and used a small stick to hit him on the neck. It is unclear if the father had any knowledge of the incident. Braxten stated I didn't tell anybody about it. It was reported to the therapist and the therapist reported it to me by completing an allegation of abuse form on 2/16/2016. The child’s behavior is violent. Braxten acts out according to the father. Braxten has had behavior problems in the past ,but his behavior is getting worse. The child was brought in for teatment here at Diamond Grove
