My historical fiction Titanic Collision Course is by Gordon Korman. I chose this book because it looked interesting and the titanic is a cool topic. My book is associated with the sinking of the Titanic. My historical event is the story of the sinking titanic. On April 14, 1912 there were warnings received about icebergs in the area. Later that night an iceberg scrapped the right side of the ship. The titanic sank in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. There were a total of 2228 people on board and a total of 1503 people died in the accident. The next day 300 more bodies were discovered. Paddy Burns a 14 year old stowaway was traveling on the titanic. Sophie Bronson was a 15 year old American girl also traveling on the ship. Along with Juliana
