"I feel into a spot that I could not get out of with Taryn." I had an attraction for Taryn and things got out of hand. RACKLEY said "all hell broke loose one day and everything changed". He denied forcing the victim to have sexual contact with him. He said he promised her whatever she wanted. RACKLEY said there times when she did protest stating she did not want to be "messed with" on certain days. RACKLEY advised on those days he would persist until she gave in and sometimes she did comply.

He described the victim as beautiful with a great personality. RACKLEY stated he became sexually attracted to her over time. He stated he did not have oral sex with the victim until she was 13 or 14 years old. RACKLEY first said he did not remember touching
