The Outsiders - Dally’s Death. In this scene, Dally, who is one of the main characters, has just been shot by the police after he robbed a grocery store. Dally is one of the greasers in the group of friends which includes Ponyboy, Soda, Darry, Johnny, Steve, Two-Bit and Dally. The reason why the police shoot at Dally is becauase he points an unloaded gun, which they think is loaded, at them. After he gets shot at the park, all of the greasers run to his side and tell the police officers to stop shooting. Before Dally got shot, he called Steve on the phone and he let him know that the cops were chasing him and he had robbed a grocery store. When the greasers arrived it was already too late and the police had shot Dally and were shooting him.
