The Long Hallway Analysis

The Long Hallway At the age of five, my mother left home to immigrate to another country; she has won a DV (Diversity Visa) lottery to live in United State. My grandparents were both sad then happy that they have to let their daughter live in another country even though she will be presented with numerous opportunities. When we arrived to airport, I remembered walking through a long stretch hallway back and forth, while pacing myself to find the correct gate for departure. Several hours before she boards the plane, my family broke out into tears and hugs her; even our family butler had watery eyes. Mother pulled my hand to hug me as she told me to behave well. Somehow my eyes are clear as a glass, unable to produce tears, with limited capability to express complex emotion in such a young age; I stand tall and lightly smiles as she waves her hand to say goodbye. I wasn’t able to say anything to her because I wanted her to have a chance to be presented with opportunity that my home country could not offer. a person may feel sad and misery upon parting of a relationship, due to death, argument or if the relationship is with an object such as jewelry, clothes then they will erode over time. Nothing in this world last forever so why go through all the trouble to keep something, or someone. If we can detach those things then we can achieve a form of Nirvana in your heart. I often mediate to help me calm and find clarity in the world. It is like a state of Nirvana for me fill my mind with peace and tranquility. I use to see my life as a long stretch hallway, a straight path to go where I want to go in life but as I make my way into adulthood I begin to learn that there are twist and turn. Life is not a straight hall way and also on every corner of those twist and turn there are many obstacle
