On April 16, 2016 at 11:55 AM, I, Cpl. Lessane, met with Shyrekia Gardner at Patrick Henry School on Savannah Highway in regards to an escort. I, Cpl. Lessane, then escorted Mrs. Gardner to 986 Walking Tall Road, in the county of Hampton to her husband, (Howard Gardner Jr) residence. Upon arrival, Mrs. Gardner stated she spoke with Hampton County Department of Social Service’s (Mrs. Williams) who informed her that she has her rights to come pick up the 14 months old baby. Mrs. Gardner stated she recently was in an automobile accident, and her husband came to her apartment in the county of Spartanburg on last Thursday.
