The hunger games by Susan Collins is about a young 16 year old girl name Katniss Everdeen whom finds herself in a sticky situation on the day of the reaping when her young sister prim is chosen as a tribute for district 12. Katniss quickly volunteers herself in place of her sister to protect her sister. The time has come and the journey begins Katniss is up against several other tributes some whom are trained for this matter, others hoping to make it to the end including Peeta the boy chosen as a tribute from district 12 also.
