This story was about a man who at first is making a choice to enjoy the pleasures of another women on his break. Yet throughout the story you see that the man loves his wife and his family so it has you wondering why is he doing this, why is he taking money jeopardizing his family to have a one time fling with the supposed hooker. And then to find out that she wasn't a hooker at all but something else. In the end he sees what he had jeopardized his happy family and releases that he has risked it all and lost it. One of the strongest areas of the story to me was when he was in the bathroom tarred and he was imagining that every thing was normal that he was with his wife and kids and then for him to revise that it was just his imagination
