James Madison wrote 29 essays before going into office as the fourth president of the United States. Alexander Hamilton wrote a total of 51 essays on his own while John Jay and James Madison attended to their own matters. It is because he wrote so much into detail about every little thing that it can easily be said that Hamilton is very much a compulsive writer. One of the main papers that Hamilton wrote was The Federalist Paper No. 6: Concerning Dangers from War between the States. This is easily one of the longer papers that Hamilton wrote for the federalist papers. There are three main themes of this particular paper that Hamilton wrote.
The first theme he speaks of is how dangerous it is for the government for the states to go into war with each other. He believes that it will make America seem vulnerable and it will give the other nations the ability to try and take over the states.
