Yes, I was able to watch the documentary The Ghost in your Genes. I found the documentary, very interesting and informative. I will watch it again and I will have to research it more. The text touched on epigenetics but the video definitely added to it and I feel I have a better understanding of epigenetics.
While it is uncontrollable most of the time, I think pregnant women should be mindful of the stress and what it can do to their children. I know with both of my children my doctor never spoke to me about this I think it should be made mandatory for them to inform you that there could be an issue if you are under stress. Also, I was unaware that IFV a very popular procedure these days can cause your child to have Beckwith Wiedemann syndrome.
