If a person stays around a negative being, more than likely that person’s attitude will be adverse. Durkheim indicated that everyone, at some in their life, can expect to notice how to adjust to other individuals easily (Bohm & Vogel, 2011). According to Crossman (2017), “The Division of Labor in Society is a book written, originally in French, by Emile Durkheim in 1893” (para. 1). This book that Durkheim wrote presents his perception of “anomie”, and how it was significant in developing concepts of human behavior (Crossman, 2017). In Durkheim’s viewpoint was that those normally worked in a particular field no longer could work where they wanted; therefore, they had to take whatever job that was given to them. This mandatory change caused individuals to work in places they were familiar with because the talents they were born with was avoided. Durkheim stood fast to his belief that anyone who fancies themselves to work at specific place; thereby, reduces one’s mutual views as well as their outlooks that bring a group together.
