Summary Of The Civil Rights Movement

- My overall impression of this image is that they are protesting for something and based on the facial expression of the people in the image, they are unhappy with something.

- First, I see that there is a microphone and it looks as if a man is speaking into the microphone. Next, I see everyone looking towards either the man that is standing closest to the camera or to the camera. Additionally, I see people sitting, holding posters, or a flag insisting that they are protesting.

(1) After observation, I can infer, that most of these people are civil rights activist.

(2) I can infer, that these people have come together to protest after something tragic has happened.

(3) Lastly, I can infer, that everyone is angry and they are listening
