There are several studies that suggest content driven change in curriculum change and innovation in training helped achieved organizational strategic goals. As an organization, Fleetcor Technologies Inc. is driven to the growth and development of its employees and acquiring resources to accomplish the organization’s mission goals. Training is one of the quickest ways to obtain those organizational goals. The issue of ineffective training leading to employee poor performance, retention and support are not isolated to Fleector Technologies, Inc.
