In April 26, 2016 a guy named Jason Cisnero, 19, was shot and killed for risking his life for a Woman for defending her from a victim right outside of Jason’s bestfriends house. "He sent me a message saying, 'I'm outside,' and then he was like, there's a lady honking, and this guy wants to hit her, he wants to kill her, something like that,' Salguero said. Additionally, Jason’s best friend ‘’Ivania Salguero’ heard two gunshots from inside her house. Why didn’t Jason just avoid the situation? Salguero suffered more than the bystander who was there. That day Ivania Salguero lost her best friend. According to police, Jason Cisnero tried to intervene in the fight to protect the woman. Then, Salguero heard two gunshots from inside her house. She said "Me and my dad, I was like, 'Jason's outside, we need to go outside,'” but once they went outside it was late. Salguero called 911 and an ambulance took Cisnero to the hospital.

This relates since the incident began when two suspects approached a woman in the parking lot putting her baby in a car seat, and hit the woman in the head. That’s when a Good Samaritan stepped in to help her, and was subsequently shot multiple times by one of the suspects.Another bystander then shot one of the suspects, who died at the scene. The other suspect fled the scene, but was caught by a K-9 team east of the Wal-Mart. A bystander was taken into custody since he was caught by Walmart cameras since he was present when the incident happened. His mother was furious to see his son,the bystander, taken into custody This would cause problems if we have a Bystander Law because people could be innocent yet be blamed for in a situation like this.
