Before I Fall The book Before I Fall is an inspiring and intense novel. The book was written by Lauren Oliver and has 496 pages. The book is about a girl, Samantha Kingston who has a perfect life. She is popular, has a perfect boyfriend, great friends, and a good future. It all changes when she gets in a car crash and dies instantly. Then miraculously, wakes up the next day, only to find herself living the same day over and over again. In the beginning of the book, we find out a lot of information about her. We learn that she and her group of friends are the most popular girls in the school. They, along with the rest of the school, have made fun of Juliet Skyes since middle school. We are also told about her family. She has …show more content…
She then wakes up the next day to find herself stuck in the same day as she got into the car crash. Every day since the car crash, Samantha goes to bed that night and wakes up the next day, still reliving the day of the crash. Samantha starts brainstorming ways to end the cycle and stop reliving that same day. One day, she finds out that on the day she died, Juliet killed herself. She realizes that maybe if she can keep Juliet alive, she can end the cycle of reliving the same day. So after the party that night, she finds out Juliet went to the highway to jump in front of a car. She goes with and pushes Juliet out of the way so the cars hit her instead. That finally ends the cycle. I liked this book for many reasons. The book was touching because Samantha took her own life, so Juliet could live. After all the years she and her friends spent making fun of her, she realizes Juliet deserves to live and not be made fun of. The book is also intense. Every time before Samantha goes to bed you wonder if she will wake up the next day. If the things she did that day will get her to stop reliving that same day. Overall I thought it was a really good

Tom Junod, the author of “The Falling Man,” and Michel- Guillaume Jean de the author of “What Is an American” hope to influence the American population with an epidemic of their own beliefs. Their nonfiction articles exemplify that men become something more than what they were when somebody sees hopefulness, beauty, promise during a specific moment. Incomplete: So far I have read that Romeo loved Rosaline, he kissed Juliet and they fell in love, they got married secretly, Tybalt killed Mercutio, Romeo killed Tybalt, Romeo was banished, and Juliet took a potion so she would appear dead and not have to marry Paris. I think a lot of people of many ages would enjoy Romeo and Juliet because it involves drama and romance. It is really interesting to already know what happens in the end but not know exactly how it happens. I would say this book is very hard because the old language they use is hard to understand, but we get a translation which makes it much easier.…
