EREPORT # 18575 stated the following: The incident happened on Sunday, January 3rd 2016. Mrs. Amber Cocliova had noticed her daughter (Hensely) exhibitiing some unusual sexualized behavior (sucking on finger and kissing her arm). She reportedly asked her about it and Hensely reported that her 12 year old cousin (Dalton A. Long) had touched her vagina. Mrs. Cocliova told her sister and mother of Dalton (Candice Long) about what was said. Ms. Long reported that she was very concerned at that point and spoke with Dalton who denied he did anything. She says she was still very upset and started making calls to get both children assessed and treated. Ms. Long contacted Pine Grove Behavioral Health and scheduled an assessment for Dalton. I, Eric,
