In an article entitled, “Testing Student’s True Grit,” author Elizabeth D. Herman from The New York Times wrote about if you can teach students true grit. If you don’t know what grit is, most people would say it’s how a person sticks to their goals even if they have issues or failures along the way. If you’re a person with true grit it may take you far in life because while everyone has already given up on something you’re still going for it and reaching for your accomplishments.
