On 7/24/17, Hennepin County Child Protection accepted a report of alleged sexual abuse of Paige O’Neill by mother boyfriend Nathan James Deblois. Per reporter threatened sexual abuse of Paige O’Neil by her mother, Kelly Neglect, failure to protect Paige O’Neill from conditions or actions that present serious endangerment by her mother, Kelly
The outcome of the Assessment:
This writer met with Paige at her home. Paige stated that she is living with her father and feels safe around him. She also stated that she visits her grandmother sometimes. Paige stated that she has seen her mother a month ago while she was visiting her grandmother Ms. Darlene O’Neill. She stated that she has not seen there Nathan her mother’s boyfriend.

Nathan has touched her and kissed her However, there was no sexual intercourse happened. Paige stated that her mom was aware of this. She stated that he has not bothered her again and she has not seen him since. She reported that her father made sexual report and she receives services from the hospital and everything was role out because there was no evidence. She also reported that she has individual therapist that she sees every 4 weeks once.
Paige stated that she was diagnosed with autistic and struggles with socializing and for that reason she will not be going back to public school (Southwest high school. Paige stated last summer she started her on line school as full time and it’s called (insight online school MN).
Paige stated that her father takes away electronics if she does not follow direction however she rarely gets in trouble. She reported that she feels safe at home. She denied any physical abuse. She reported no other concerns.
