There's a man walking closer to me wearing a gray t-shirt, blue jeans, and carrying a fishing pole. Is he coming up next to me to cast out or is he going to the opposite side? The area is small near the dam and it's hard to have two or three people casting because when you cast out the river carries your lure or bait down with it, causing you to possibly become tangled. Doe's he know that? The writer was taught to ask or go somewhere else if she noticed someone was fishing in a spot. Is he there because he's having a bad day and wants to escape reality to do something he enjoys? Even though he doesn't ask, I think to myself for a second and decide to relax and let him fish not knowing what was on his mind. While you're standing outside with …show more content…
She knew it was a bald eagle because of its white head. She watched it for a few minutes until it landed high up in a tree near a huge nest where it then became invisable. Why do the eagles nest in the same tree every year? What makes them come back? Eagle's that build a nest that aren't bothered and are successful at keeping their young safe tend to come back to that nest year after year. Since they know it is safe and high up away from predators, they know they will continually be successful with keeping their young safe. Walking down the rivers edge you always find hooks, lures, and other random fishing supplies. What causes people to lose their lures? What is so fascinating about finding tackle? There are many rocks and debris under the water that can cause you to get snagged. You're either lucky and get your lure back, or you break your line and lose everything. You never know what you're going to find when it comes to fishing tackle. It's like a small treasure hunt looking for expensive lures people have …show more content…
There are chunks of broken stone and gravel on the sides of the tracks. Is there a reasoning behind it? Is it there for you to walk on if a train is headed your way? The rocks have a purpose for the train tracks. They make weight to keep the ties from shifting so the tracks don't easily become uneven.
As you walk down the river, you notice the river is deeper in some spots. Along the side there are piles of clay that almost appear as a wall for the river. The wet clay is very smooth and is gray in color. Why doe's the river contain so much clay? Clay is most likely found in rivers. The small particles of dirt that drift down river sink to the bottom and build upon each other forming clay. On the opposite side of the road, there is another trail. You can tell the trail is traveled quite frequently due to the concrete that is coated on top of it. The trail is marked at a mile long and your destination is a high top view of your surrounding area. You see the sun setting behind a tall hill of trees that are miles away, and the eagles flying throughout the sky. As you look over part of the world, you realize the world is truly a wonderful

I’ve never been a fan of just throwing a line in the water and waiting; it has always been too passive of an activity for me to completely enjoy. Finally, I would be able to get into the water and bring the fight to the fish. The first thing we needed to get was a fishing license from the State of Florida’s department of Fish and Game.
