The MA contacted the social worker to speak with Dr. Nuthi’s patient and his sister, Sheila Middlebrooks concerning in patient residential care. The patient is an African American, male who is presently staying with his aunt while his home is fumigated for infestation, but ordinarily lives alone in his apartment at Johnson Towers. The patient has experience a stroke and is unable to cook, he wears Depends and his sister expressed that he needs assistance with changing them; furthermore he is unable to manage his medications. The patient’s sister states that she assist with the care of her disable brother, and her aunt and is unable to provide the type of care that the patient to need.
