In the article entitled “It’s the truth: Americans conflicted about lying” NBCnews discusses “it can be hard to tell the truth all the truth all the time.”(para 1) First,NBCnews mentions that it is easier to lie because you don’t you don’t want to get in trouble. The news company states that Randy Cohen is a big fan of lying. In addition the website points out that they asked 77 college students if they could stop lying for a week. Moreover NBCnews emphasizes that an “obvious example is when you’re lying to protect serious harm.” Finally NBCnews concludes that is ok to lie it is about them harming someone.
